For over 85 years Carolinas AGC has been instrumental in keeping the Carolinas Pro-employee/Union-free states.  With increased union activity, a pro-union Administration and the likelihood of congressional action on the so-called Free Choice Act it is more important than ever for all Carolinas contractors to understand and prepare your company at all levels to ensure a Pro-employee/Union-free environment in the Carolinas.  Most union activity takes place on the job site-- your job site management is your front line defense against union tactics that could leave you exposed to expensive litigation and organized harassment.
