The Project SuperVISION® Committee is made up of construction industry professionals that work together to assure that this one of a kind education, recognition program is relevant, timely and reflective of the industry's best practices. The Committee works to make the Project SuperVISION® program available for Carolinas AGC members.

VISION:
The Project SuperVISION® Program is to be the preferred educational vehicle through which Carolinas AGC's building, highway, utility, and specialty contractor member companies develop highly qualified, productive and professional supervisors.
Current Initiatives:
- Oversee a complete rewrite and realignment of the Project SuperVISION® five book student guide curriculum.
- Achieve 3 year completion deadline.
- Develop comprehensive instructor guides and support materials.
- Establish on-going rewrite schedule.
- Create a two state 1 year and 5 year marketing plan.
- Develop regional contractor and educational provider groups.
- Oversee development of direct marketing materials.
- Review credentialing processes.
- Maintain excellence in teaching through a qualified instructor pool.
- Continue to collaborate with community colleges, technical schools and universities.
