This is a sub-committee of the joint co-operative committee
and deals with the technical issues associated with roadway and
related construction processes. It normally meets bi-monthly but
may meet more frequently if issues warrant. Specialized
contractors may be asked to attend this meeting if unique
construction issues are being discussed.
