The annual Contracting for Construction and Design Services seminar was held November 3 - 4 at the UNC School of Government in Chapel Hill. The seminar, co-sponsored by Carolinas AGC, draws much discussion from the North Carolina Joint Committee Recommendations, recommendations created by Carolinas AGC's AIA NC/CAGC Committee and approved by the Boards of Directors of AIA NC and CAGC. The seminar's panel included Norma Houston, UNC School of Government, Dave Simpson, Carolinas AGC, John Martin, Rentenbach Constructors, Lou Jurkowski, BJAC Architects, and Richard Hampton, City of Fayetteville. About seventy people attended this year's session.
