 Note: A project is listed as "All Contracts Executed" once the last contract funded from the ARRA assistance is fully executed.  A project is listed as "Construction Started" once work has begun on the first contract funded with ARRA dollars.  Because some projects have multiple contracts, a project may be listed as "Construction Started" before it is listed as "All Contracts Executed."
